WINGS·AS·EAGLES

"But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their
strength; they shall mount up with wings as
eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they
shall walk, and not faint."

To visit a foreign mission field was a heart's
desire of mine.   I had often dreamed about it
and discussed it with my wife.   Until I met
Wings As Eagles, it would have been impos-
sible; but our God is a God of miracles, so He
sent you.
   The lonesomeness the mies. experi-
ence and the great burden for the people they
minister to gripped my heart.   I can honestly
say I will never be the same Pastor after
preaching in those huts up in the mountains of
New Guinea.   Being able to visit Australia was
great too, because I saw two very opposite
mission fields.   Both are needy, yet so different.
The one thing that was common on both
fields was a sincere desire on the part of both
my. and national to look and long for
the second coming of Christ.   This has given
Christ's return new meaning to me.

======================= PLACES

WINGS·AS·EAGLES’ ultimate goal is to
have a world-wide ministry.   God has already
allowed this ministry to serve Canada,
Mexico, and New Guinea.   It was instrumental
in helping to build a runway in an isolated
place in Papua, New Guinea, as seen in this
picture.   As a result of that, a my. is now
able to easily receive the necessary goods,
Bibles, food and supplies that otherwise would
have taken him
several days to
reach by foot.   It
was reported that
the my. felt
that if something
had not been done,
he and his family
would have had to
leave that area
because of the dif-
ficulty.   That area,
then, would have
gone unevangel-
ized.

========================== PLAN

PIPER AZTEC
6 passenger · twin-engine

WINGS·AS·EAGLES ministry is completely
dependent upon the free-will offering and
monthly support of God's people to help
supply the following:

#   Flights for pastors to the mission fields

#   Physical and spiritual needs of mies.

#   Bibles and tracts for mies.

#   Purchase of airplanes

#   Monthly maintenance of airplanes

----===----

Recently, I was at a mission where the
people were celebrating their third anniversary
since they heard about the Gospel for their first
time.   They talked about how Wings As Eagles
brought mies. and pastors who were the
pioneer mies. who came to that place
for the first time.
Since then, some 400 people have been
saved and 80 are faithful in the services.   Many
more pioneers are needed to help the resident
mies. to start more churches.   Thank
God for such mission ministries as the Wings
As Eagles.   --My. Francisco "Paco" G.

=================== PURPOSE

#   To see the salvation of souls and local
    churches established around the world.

#   To help pastors in their "Great Commission"
goals, by taking them and their people on
my. trips, enabling them to have an
enlarged VISION for the lost and a greater
    understanding of the missionaries' needs.

#   To aid mies. on the field by supply-
ing Bibles, tracts, and other needs.

#   To help mies. with the physical
construction of churches on the field.

#   To create with the churches a HEART
for missions and to encourage their direct
    involvement in foreign field ministries.

#   To see people called of God to the mission
    fields of the world.

DIRECTOR OF FLIGHT OPS
God has
wonderfully
provided for
this ministry.
Brother Bob
Warinner
was born on
December 1,
1937 to a
father who
was an
aircraft
mechanic and
possessed a
Commercial
Pilot License.
His family
has been an
aviation
oriented family for three generations.   His
father was killed in a mid-air collision in the
spring of 1945.   His mother was left with five
girls and four boys, yet his interest and love for
aviation was not deterred.   His first solo flight
took place at the ripe old age of 15, in Nisswa,
Minnesota, in the summer of 1952.   At age 17,
he acquired a Private Pilot License, at 18 a
Commercial Pilot License and just after his
20th birthday, a Flight Instructor's rating.   He
instructed for about 18 months, during which
time he received his instrument rating.   In June
of 1958 he hired on with Frontier Airlines of
Denver, Colorado as a DC-3 co-pilot.   He was
flying the B-737 up until October of 1986
when he left the airline industry for a promo-
tion into the ministry of the Lord.   During
these past 37 years he has accumulated ap-
proximately 24,000 hours of flying time.   He
praises God for the privilege of using his
background and experience to serve and be a
blessing to pastors, His people, and missionar-
ies on the field.

====== PERSONAL TESTIMONIES

Even now, 6 months after my trip into Mexico,
I still see the needy faces.   I vividly remember
the hunger for the Gospel as I watched people
take tracts and read them.   I'm so thankful I
had the opportunity to be an eye witness at a
village meeting with 48 souls saved that night.
I'll never forget the feeling of togetherness I
shared with the people by handing out Bibles
to them, even though I could not speak their
language.   The needs are so many, the helpers
are so few.   Won't you help?

--Jerry L. · Illinois

Before I took the trip in November 1986, I
already had a burden for souls and for missions,
and my church was active in both; but the
verse that says, "Mine eye affecteth mine
heart..."
is true.   Because by taking a Bearing
Precious Seed trip with Wings As Eagles I was
able to see the great burden in Mexico person-
ally; and to see as we gave them the Word of
God, how hungry they were to receive it and
how it encouraged the believers there, the
people were grateful to have someone bring
them the Word of God.

--Pastor Joe M. · Minnesota
