Dear Pastor,                                                                                             March 1, 2008    It is with great joy that I recommend to you Austin Wartner.   I have known him for over 8 years and I would like to attest to his integrity and dependability.    Before I left Fargo Baptist Church for the mission field, the Lord led me to start a new ministry in the church.   Using our church's radio station as a platform, we were able to set up a booth at the Red River Valley Fair, Valley City Winter Show and Potato Days Festival to evangelize those attending these events.   After I left for the mission field, Austin stepped in and took it "up a few notches".   He expanded the outreach to include several other regional events and out of that, he started a new ministry called Campaign for Christ.   Through this ministry, Fargo Baptist has been able to evangelize and sow down communities in North Dakota and Minnesota.   Under his leadership, he even has taken church members on evangelistic mission trips to Brazil and Thailand.   He had handled the responsibility well with good organizational skills and character.   Austin has also showed himself willing to take on new responsibilities and challenges, for example, being called upon to teach at Master's Baptist College.    I have no reservations in Fargo Baptist Church's decision to send Austin to the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metropolitan area to plant scriptural N.T. Baptist Churches.   I ask you to prayerfully consider Austin to come to your church to present this ministry to this area and for possible monthly financial support as well.
