Sent out by: Fargo Baptist Church, 3303 23rd Ave S, Fargo, N.D. 58103 Psalm 127:1a "Except the LORD build the house, they labour in vain that build it:" April 9, 2002 Bible Baptist Church,      Greeting from Valley City, North Dakota our God has blessed ust We found an advisor and have had opportunity to hold a Bible study on the campus of Valley City State University. Fargo Baptist Church has also given us a van to use for our bus ministry. Churches in New York, Alaska, Texas, and Minnesota have sent love offerings to help defray some of the cost of remodeling and securing a building to meet in!      Since our first letter we have seen seven new churches take us on for monthly support. We now have 17 supporting churches, from 9 states. Our support level is now 80% (our goal is $/month). Please pray that we would pick up a few more supporting churches.      We praise God for bringing in new and returning visitors nearly every week, since our first service Jan. 13, 2002. We have seen nearly 50 different visitors from Valley City area come to church thus far. March 17th, has been our most exciting day thus far, Collette Dramstad got saved after the morning service, her husband Owen got saved that night! They had come forward 2 weeks earlier with doubts about their salvation, but neither could honestly say they knew they were lost and going to hell.      We need your prayers for the spiritual growth of these converted Lutherans. Since they live nearly 60 miles away, my plan is to go door to door in the towns between Valley City and Cooperstown during the day and have weekly Bible study with them (they look forward to bringing friends and family to this Bible study).      March 7-17, we had the annual Winter Show here in Valley City. We met a number of people from the area, and have a number of requests for correspondence Bible studies and in home Bible studies. Please pray for us as we seek to follow up on these people. Pray for us to have riders on our van each week. Pray for Bryon Beige, Dan and Barb Bjorum, Joseph and Mandi Munoweya, Chris and Jan Ridley, and James van Bruggen (each has been to church several times). Pray for these and others to come and for God to build a church here in Valley City. Pray the glorious gospel light would shine brightly here, and that sinners would turn from sin to the Saviour!
